We want you to have total confidence in our installation process, from start to finish. That’s why we’ve outlined below what you can expect when working with a NUB installation team.
Site Survey
Often an on site survey is needed to establish the requirements in detail. You will be contacted to set up a convenient appointment so that we can take any necessary measurements and establish a written base specification with any requested options. We will also carry out a site works risk assesment and prepare a methods statement. Upon completion, NUB sales staff will contact you with a complete quote for your project.
Quotation
Our initial quotation will cover all the elements required and optional items. We may sometimes include alternative approaches where we feel they have strong merit for you. We find it important to establish a complete and accurate understanding of our clients’ requirements initially, and to ensure that ongoing consultation with, and feedback to, the customer yields an end result that delivers total customer satisfaction. After you have reviewed the quotation and indicated which elements you wish to proceed with, a revised quotation will be sent to you for final approval.
Project Management
NUB project management is with you from the beginning. Your installation job deserves our undivided attention. The NUB Installation project team will stay on top of all the details along the way. We’ll work with you to establish a convenient schedule for your project. We’ll check in, answer any questions, and handle any problems should they arise.
Professional Installers
We carefully select all our installers so you’ll only work with the most experienced and skilled people in the region.
Site Coordination
During your installation, we will work with you to minimize any disruptions the installation may cause. While the installation is taking place we will by prior arrangement work around whatever else you may have planned happening at the same time.
Commissioning
When your project is complete, your installers will clean up the surrounding areas and present you with a Certificate of Completion. When you have thoroughly inspected the work and are completely satisfied, the installer will ask that you sign the certificate.

After your project is done, you will receive a call from us asking about your installation experience—from beginning to end. Your feedback helps us continue to provide the best service to all our customers and ensures that only the finest installers are part of our team.
